Service great, hotel amenities fine. Room a dump…bubbled and cracked paint, grout falling out of tiles, cracked tiles. Smallest bathroom ever with about a 12’ Mexican toilet! The Hard Rock should just blow it up and start again…has lost ground to the other players around (ie. Palazzo, Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc.) and it’s not even close!
Pros:Bed was comfortable but we had two queen beds because the king bedroom was not ready
Cons:Stop the resort fees. Also, the pools were closed for maintenance
Pros:We always stay in a penthouse suite. They are awesome. Huge!

Pros:Liked the room. We chose one overlooking the city. The view I would have to say may not have been the best. It was on the 16th floor - overlooking the city and part of the pool. I think we spent a few minutes trying to get the kids to look at it but that was the only chance. When looking down you could see a roof of the casino along with the pool - about 24% of the view was the hotel itself.
Cons:Really not child friendly. We had two younger children with us. Hotel indicated at first that we could not have 2 child beds because the room would be too small. (even though we had reserved a larger one for 4 people with better views). I picked 4 people though we had 2 kids and 2 adults just to make sure there was enough room. When we arrived in the room saw that there was plenty of room. Hotel indicated that beds for kids are 40$ a bed.... The bar fridge was unlocked - and the one that could stand/walk instantly attempted to open it up. Called the hotel staff about locking it (lots of liquor). They said they would but never did. Extremely dangerous!!! Next morning, at ~8am, one of the children woke up and then that triggered the second one (one had a crib, the other one was sleeping on the bed boxed in with pillows). Security prompt showed up at our doors recommending that we take the kids for a walk. This is almost impossible to do with kids waking up. We spent the next 40 minutes getting ready walking like there were eggshells on the ground - being very careful. In the end, we left that day. We didn't want to spend another day having to worry about noise with the neighbors - by the way, this was not new, we indicated we had children when booking the room. If you have young children - would not recommend this place. Likely we will not go back again.
Pros:The spa was fantastic. The services and staff were incredible.
Cons:The check-in process, bed, and cleanliness of the room could have been better.
