Harrahs resort atlantic city hotel & casino
Reviews of Harrah's Resort Atlantic City Hotel & Casino This rating is a reflection of how the property compares to the industry standard when it comes to price, facilities and services available. It's based on a self-evaluation by the property. Use this rating to help choose your stay!
Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of America“Quiet comfortable 2 day stay in Atlantic City.”Several of the food venues we wanted to eat at were not open on the days of our stay forcing us to settle for eating something we really didn't want or paying way too much for what we did eat.
Clean comfortable high floor room overlooking the water. Room was recently refurbished. Big spacious bathroom with oversized shower. Nice variety of slot machines.

United States of America“Not worth what I paid.”The floor we were on was dirty. There was garbage all down the hallway. We reported it three times before they cleaned it up. It wasn’t picked up until the second night we were there. It was starting to smell. The didn’t even offer to move us or anything.

United States of America“Stay with family for a sports event.”Had one issue with one of the rooms. The initial cleaning was not the best. Shower had a bunch of hair in there that clumped up in drain. Was bubble gum in rug, a stain that could have been shampooed, and some residual who knows on closet door. I just cleaned up hair and wiped door. I just chalked it up to a quick turnover for the weekend. The other room was cleaned properly. So, it was most likely an anomaly.
The resort casino had everything you needed. Food was good. Service at check in and check out was good. Casino had more than enough space and gaming. Plenty of food options. The over 21 pool/night club looked fun if that was my type of thing. Views from room were nice. Overall, fun time with family. Would go back again.

United States of AmericaAt times it felt like they were trying to nickel and dime you. I upgraded my room based on the auto kiosk once to get a “bay view” but it wasn’t a view at all so I had to go back and they still charged me another fee to upgrade to a real room with a view, so never use the kiosk to upgrade your room because it will auto slot you into an undesirable spot whereas a person will understand what’s worth the fee. The website said the pool was 20 dollars per room but when I arrived in the morning they said it would be 20 dollars per person due to a DJ event that wasn’t even currently happening. The pool was one of the main reasons I got the room but if you will end up paying 40 more just to swim, just go to the borgata instead
This was overall an okay stay view of the ocean was wonderful check in / check out was painless except for a few aspects. And overall the property is affordable for what you get. Parking is relatively painless and you can come and go freely while paying only one time. However after checking out my key didn’t let me leave so a parking attendant had to let me out. If he wasn’t there I would have known what to do except pay again and it is not explicitly laid out for you.

United States of America“It was fine but not great”I elected to upgrade for $5/night to a renovated room and based on the scuffs, tears, and chipping of the entire room it was not what I got. Also all of the rooms smelled like smoke so badly. I get that the casino floors will smell like smoke, but we never got a break from it unless we were outside.

United States of America“Last minute trip”I was told one price when we checked in and then as I went to check out it was an additional $100 charge to my card. Don’t think I’ll use a third party again when booking a hotel that holds the first nights deposit. It’s too confusing on what’s to be charged and when. Also, there were BLOOD STAINS ON THE COMFORTERS!!! PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK THE WHOLE ROOM INSIDE AND OUT!! And there was a power outage twice while we stayed there due to them “testing solar panels”. We were comped with a $50 food and beverage credit.
Casino vibes are great especially on the weekends! Love that it has a private little boardwalk strip to walk since you’re not close to the beach

United States of America“It was ok but I don’t know if I’d return”I booked 2 queen beds & was given full size so it wasn’t much room for us to sleep. The bed linen was dirty and had red juice spots all over the blankets & I didn’t realize it til after the 1st night. Also I woke up with a huge bite on my stomach & it hurt really bad still 5 days later. The bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned around the sink I dropped my toothpaste on the side & picked it up covered in hair, dust & spider webs. To get to the parking lot was the most long ridiculous walk ever & if you have a stroller you can’t access it from inside because there’s only stairs & an escalator, no elevator so I had to keep going outside and crossing the street and going into the lot then taking the elevator there
The room was a nice size
