Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. United States of AmericaWe encountered a rude bartender in the casino. And it took over 40 mins to get our car from the valet. They never called it the first time I gave them my ticket.
The entire hotel is super nice, the rooms are also really nice, and the entertainment is top notch.

United States of America“The whole experience was great: casino, room, pool, the grounds, Rick Springfield/Richard Marx!”The standard coffee used in all of the restaurants was soooo bland it was almost tasteless. I feel like this was to force people to use the Starbucks. And, the Starbucks had a gentleman working there that had a bit of an attitude and absolutely refused my mother's request to leave her pumpkin bread in the sealed packaging. This is something that we always request at every Starbucks we go to, and he rudely refused. Also, they place the finished items on the counter in a way that makes customers touch other people's orders to find their own. WHAT!!! Like people should be touching other people's cups/food packages to determine which order is theirs?!? I thought it might have been a fluke the first time because they seemed short handed. But, nope, this was normal practice.

United States of America“Good location for golf in area.”Carpet in the room was very dirty. Someone had cut their fingernails or toenails and they were scattered throughout the carpet. Staff was very slow to perform the modest daily functions of changing towels, emptying waste baskets and refreshing water bottles. Several times we met staff at the door late in the afternoon when they finally arrived and gave them towels, wastebasket contents at the door.

I love the hotel/casino. They have a beautiful pool/cabana area. The hotel is super clean and with very professional staff.

United States of America“My daughter and I really had a great stay.”Room wasn’t that clean. Overall looked clean but carpet had hairpins and safety pins on it along bases of the bed. Had to call at 5pm because our room hadn’t been cleaned. Starbucks staff was friendly but had no sugar substitutes or coffee stirrers out. That afternoon went back and still no stirrers or sugar substitutes out. Next morning went for coffee was told that it would take 25 minutes cause one of the pots was broken. Stirrers we’re finally there but no sugar or substitutes out. Really guys need to have these available before you open .
Lots of eating options, staff friendly, great entertainment at Rush, Spa was awesome. All restaurants had great food.

United Kingdomthere was no luggage rack in my roomthere was an issue with the ID scanning machine to gain entry to the casino floor. There was only one machine and staff were extremely unhelpful and unpleasant. We ended up walking to the neighbouring Auberge where the scanner had no problems reading our documents and the casino floor staff were very welcoming.

United States of America“Overall, it was a great adult family trip. Everyone really enjoyed it.”The only drawback to this trip was our room. For the amount we paid to stay here, I was very let down by the quality. The bed was hard, the TV screen was broken, our toilet was broken. (It made a terrible screeching sound every 30 mins or so) we didn’t bring it to anyone’s attention as we were busy with family and overall really enjoyed our trip. It was a bit of a let down as we were told the Golden Nugget was better quality than L’auberge.
The food and nightlife had great options for everyone. The staff was incredibly friendly

United States of America“Overall we had a great time.”Elevators always seemed a bit dirty and smelly. Smoking in the casino was disappointing. The beach was not in great shape. Would love to see the hotel step up its game of making a really attractive beach environment. So much of the felt lining was sticking out of the sand. Trying to get the front desk to answer after 11pm was like pulling teeth. But when they did answer, they were accommodating. Would love to receive a room comp offer someday. Never seem to get one of those even though I did spend $3000 in 2 days.
The pool was excellent. Water was cool and the lazy river was a great touch! The pool bar was fun as well. The rooms were comfortable and the restaurants were very convenient. And you served Blue Bell ice cream at the ice cream shop. That was a nice touch. Staff was very nice and helpful.
