Resort Fee Policy: Resort Fee not included. An additional $20 per Deluxe Standard room and/or $30 per Suite is charged upon check-in.

Check-in Policy: Check-in begins at 4 PM and based on room availability. Must be age 21+ with valid government-issued photo ID and valid credit card. Only the registered Guest may check in; additional names may be added at registered guest request. Valid credit card required for reservation. A $ refundable security deposit will be issued upon check in. Card(s) on file will be authorized at check-in for the total amount of stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization holds the funds until check-out, at which time the amount incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room rate.

Deposit Policy: All reservations subject to one night deposit at the time of booking with valid credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Animal Policy: Pets are not allowed on property or in guest rooms, excluding registered service animals with legally-binding official documentation.

Room rates are based on double occupancy; additional occupants incur an additional fee of $ per person.

Rollaway beds are available by request with an additional fee.

Local phone calls are free of charge; long distance phone calls are charged based on established rates.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is included with your stay.

Wheelchair rentals are available upon request.

Rates subject to change.

All packages will be charged a standard 33% deposit when the reservation is made.

Absolutely no outside alcoholic beverages or coolers are permitted. For your convenience, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at Odds & Ends at Seneca Niagara.
