  • What is required upon check-in at the resort?

By official regulations, take account that Passport or your country’s Official ID must be shown for registering at the hotel upon arrival and valid credit card.

  • At what time can I check in?

The check in time is 15:00 (3:00 PM), the checkout time is 12:00 (12:00 PM).

  • Do you have early check in (before 3 pm)?

Yes, however, it is subject to availability. If you arrive early, you can go to the front desk, and you will be provided with a wristband that gives you access to hotel grounds and restaurants. Our staff will safeguard your luggage, so you can go ahead and enjoy. We will notify you when your room is ready.

  • Is a passport or visa required to travel to your resort?

Yes. If you are an International traveler, you will need your passport to travel and check-in at the hotel.

  • If I arrive in the early morning, is there anyone to assist me?

Yes, our staff is available and ready to assist you 24 hours, seven days a week.

  • Why are the charges at the hotel in Dominican Pesos?

We understand that some of our guests have been concerned about the currency in which their charges are processed. The reason behind this is that our hotel is located in the Dominican Republic, and the official currency here is the Dominican Peso (DOP). Therefore, all transactions, including room charges and on-site expenses, are processed in Dominican Pesos.

I noticed that my bank applies a currency conversion fee. Is there any way to avoid this charge?

We are aware that some guests may incur currency conversion fees imposed by their banks when using their credit or debit cards. To avoid these charges, we recommend the following options:

- Cash Payments: You can choose to pay your bill in cash using US dollars. This way, you won't be subject to any currency conversion fees. Alternatively, if you have Euros (EUR)*, you can settle your bill in DOP (Dominican Pesos), and our front desk staff can provide you with the current exchange rate.

Please remember that the rates and fees associated with currency conversion are determined by your bank or card issuer. It's a good practice to contact your bank before your trip to inquire about their specific terms and conditions regarding international transactions.

We require a mandatory hold of $100 USD per night per reservation on a credit card for incidental expenses and any potential additional charges that may occur during your stay. This hold is a standard procedure and is used to ensure that any incidentals, such as room service, dining, or damages, can be covered conveniently without the need for immediate payment at check-out.

  • Will this hold affect my credit card limit?

While the hold is placed on your credit card, the funds are not actually charged. Instead, the amount is temporarily reserved, which might affect your available credit limit until the hold is released after check-out. The release process varies by bank, and typically, the hold is lifted within a few business days after your departure.

  • Can I use a different payment method for the hold?

The mandatory hold is specifically processed on a credit card provided at the time of reservation. We do not currently accept alternative payment methods for this hold.

  • What if I don’t have a credit card?

We regret to inform you that a credit card is mandatory for the hold. If you don’t have a credit card in your name, we recommend contacting our reservations team to discuss alternative arrangements.
