What is Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel’s cancellation policy?
Cancellation must be made no later than 4 pm central time 24 hours prior to your arrival date. *Group reservations: must be canceled no later than 4 pm central time 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellation made after this time or no-shows will be charged a one-night stay at the standard rate plus tax.
Early Departure: The latest point at which you can change the departure date without incurring the cancellation charge is at the time of check-in, or you will incur the full charged amount of booked stay and applicable taxes
Guests departing early are not guaranteed reinstatement of room and rate. Guests attempting to reinstate a reservation that has been departed prior to the original checkout date are subject to room availability and prevailing rate.
