We went to Northern Cyprus to a Backgammon Tournament which was held at the Merit Park Hotel. Having never been to this area before we were amazed at how fantastic this hotel was both for hard working staff, the location and sea views. We helped ourselves to food three times a day and there was everything you could imagine to choose from. The pool area with three pools was superb for family. Unfortunately not many people in this area spoke English but due to our Translate phone app we had no problems. Will definitely be back there next year.

They’re really ******. They don’t like people of color, especially Black people. They’ll attend to other Turkish/white guests before they attend to a black person. All my friends had a terrible experience, they gave our reservations out and did not give us a valid reason. Each time we tried to go in person to reserve again they don’t attend to us. It’s really sad how they profile people.

Very disappointed at the ****** Royal merit. It’s huge and great design but very disrespectful manger named (Benamin) treated us very bad and disrespectful way. In general they don’t care about customers because they are the biggest ****** with zero customer service. No curtsy for customers. Many better places to go if you want to be treated like a human. I don’t recommend at all I wish there was zero star ⭐️.

Herseden önce royal lobby bar da çalışan barmen Muhammet Günalay'ın harika kokteyleri, sunumları ve güler yüzü bizi her daim enerjik ve mutlu kıldı kendisine 1.0 yıldızlı teşekkür ediyoruz. Ayrıca garson Songül Gökalp hanım a da hayran kaldık güler yüzü ve hep enerjik olmasina . Bunlara ithafen Gizem Öncü , Hüseyin Coşkun a da güler yüzlü ve mükemmel hizmetlerinden ötürü çok teşekkür ederiz. Advantages - an excellent ******, spacious and comfortable rooms, convenient shuttle services between the various hotels and an excellent beach. Disadvantages - very impolite service - reflected everywhere in the hotel. The rules are very strict to the point of being ridiculous at Gymboree - for example there is a room suitable for ages 0-4 and a room suitable for ages 4-10, if a parent comes with 2 sisters, one of whom is celebrating his 4th birthday in two weeks and the other is 5 - they cannot play together in the same room . The bar is not really "all inclusive" - ​​there are many drinks that are not included in the deal and are only served for an additional fee. Although the food is plentiful and looks good, it doesn't taste good :/ It is known that there are shows at the hotel - but if you do not come on the weekend - you do not get to see them. In conclusion - a very beautiful, luxurious and clean hotel - however, the service is very bad and the attitude towards guests is disrespectful and rigid, good ******, bad food. We enjoyed the vacation overall, do not regret that we went, but we will not go back there

Uzun zamandır Kıbrıs'ta böyle güzel bir otelde konaklamamıştım. Mimari ve dekorasyon gerçekten 1.sınıf. Yemekler muhteşem. Manzara ve hava inanılmaz. Keyifle gelip tadı da damağınız da kalacak bir otel. Konserlerde seçtiği isimler ise Türkiye'nin önemli sanatçıları. 2023 'te kesinlikle geleceğim bir yer. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Stayed with my daughter, have visited the hotel every few years for the last 18 years and it never disappoints!!!! We absolutely love this hotel. Food, drink, amenities and staff are amazing. Thank you again Crystal cove. A special thanks to Elif our house keeper, she is such a sweet and friendly person. We will be back soon 💗

We just arrived Front desk have no money exchange They had an issue accepting my money cause it’s printed long time ago Suggested I should walk to the near by ****** to exchange my money! They were so focused on the money they didn’t even explain anything like basic things- where is the damm dining room? 🤷🏻‍♀️ New and beautiful but service… not 5 stars for sure

Biz çocuklar için en uygun olanı yani premiumda kaldık. Odalar temiz, yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Seefood alakart restoranı da çok başarılı. Son gün diomanda gittik yemek için oranın da tatlıları iyiydi. Çalışanlar da ***et yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Ne istersek memnuniyetle diyorlar :) Kapalı havuz Royalde ve 14 yaş altındaki çocukların kullanamaması sıkıntı. Onun dışında ***et iyi. ******su çok kalamasam da ***et nezih
