How can I get there?

INTERNATIONAL Hotel Casino & Tower Suites is situated 18 km from Varna airport. 

You can take a taxi, use public transport (bus N 409) or rent a car. If you would like us to arrange transport for you, please contact our Concierge Desk via e-mail: [email protected] or tel.: +359 887 397 226.

What documents do I need to register at the INTERNATIONAL?

Any guest of the hotel needs to show a valid ID card, passport or driver's license in order to be registered at the INTERNATIONAL.

What are the standard check-in and check-out hours of the hotel?

The standard check-in time is 14:00 o'clock and check-out at 12:00, noon.

Is there parking? Is it paid?

The INTERNATIONAL Hotel Casino & Tower Suites has its own covered parking. The parking is paid, with special prices for accommodated guests. The parking lot offers direct access to the hotel and it can accommodate up to 200 cars.

Are pets allowed?

Can I smoke in the room?

All rooms at the INTERNATIONAL are non-smoking. However, we have rooms with balconies, where guests can smoke.

Is the mini bar paid?

All mini-bar items will be charged as per the rate card, which can be found in your room.

Is there a safe in the rooms?

There is a safe in each guest room and it is free of charge.

Is there Wi-Fi network in the rooms? Is it free?

Yes, there is. The Wi-Fi in the rooms and in the common areas of the hotel – Hotel Lobby, Conference Center, “Le Cafe” Lobby bar, is free of charge for all guests of the hotel and casino.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Guests may use cash or credit card to settle their bill.

Do you have a luggage room?

Yes, you may store your luggage with us, free of charge.

Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?

Hairdryers are available in every guest room.

There are two ATM machines available at the hotel. One located next to the main entrance of the hotel and one inside of the casino.

Do I have to pay for the parking?

You can pay at Hotel Reception or use the automatic machine next to the parking exit.

How many restaurants do you have at the hotel?

We have three restaurants, International Fine Buffet Restaurant, A-la-carte Steak House and ”High Limit” Panoramic restaurant. The Fine Buffet restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, whereas the a-la-carte restaurants work every day from 12:00 noon until 24:00 in the evening.

Do I need to make a reservation for the restaurants?

We would recommend that you book in advance.

Can I celebrate a special event at the INTERNATIONAL?

Yes, you can celebrate any personal, corporate or special event in our restaurants and venues. All you need to do is call for a reservation and discuss the details with our professionals. We will take care of everything you need.

If I am not a guest of the hotel can I visit your restaurants and BAR 21?

Everyone is welcome to visit and enjoy the services of our restaurants and bars.

Do you have vegetarian options for diners?

All three restaurants at the INTERNATIONAL offer vegetarian dishes.

Do you offer room service?

We offer 24/7 room-service. You can simply dial 4000 from your room phone and order in-room dining, from the room service menu or the a-la-carte menu located in your room.

What is the working time of BAR 21?

Our Skyfall zone is open for guests between 8:00 – 24:00. The Skyfall zone includes our BAR 21.

Do you offer kid's menu?

All the restaurants at the INTERNATIONAL offer dishes suitable for children.

Do you have a wine list?

Our a-la-carte Steak House and ”High Limit” Panoramic restaurant offer a great selection of red, white, rose and sparkling wines. You can find anything from Ca Marengo Pinot Grigio Della Vemezie Igt to Babich Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc for white wines; Beaujolais Villages to Cabernet Sauvignon Bin 40 for red wines; Cot de Provence ROSE and Cristal Brut – Champagne de France.

Do you allow smoking in the restaurants and bar?

Our ”High Limit” Panoramic restaurant, as well as BAR 21 are open air, allowing our guests to smoke, while enjoying the high quality service and magnificent views. Our indoor dining outlets are non-smoking.

Is there a place to park my car?

Hotel and casino guests may use the hotel parking facilities free of charge.

What is the INFINITY pool all about?

The INFINITY pool is situated at the Skyfall zone, enjoying stunning views of the sea and creating the illusion of merging with the horizon.

What is the temperature of the swimming pools?

The temperature of the inner swimming pool is 28°C, whereas the temperature of the outdoor Skyfall infinity pool is 24°C.

Do you have massages for children?

What kinds of sauna do you have at the SPA?

We offer three kinds of sauna: classical sauna, infrared sauna and steam bath. The infrared sauna is favorable for people with variable blood pressure.

What is the difference between infrared and classical sauna?

The infrared sauna heats the body without heating the surrounding area, whereas the classical sauna heats the surrounding environment, thus heating the body.

What kind of procedures are available at the Hammam?

The Hammam offers exfoliating peeling procedures and foam massage, performed by our trained professionals. Stop by our spa reception and our team will be happy to introduce you to our spa services and facilities.

What kind of products do you use at the SPA center of the INTERNATIONAL?

We work with professional French and German brands, such as Thalgo, Guinot and Babor, offering the best cosmetic options in spa therapies. You can also purchase any of the products used during your treatment. Our staff will be happy to introduce you to the range of options and their benefits.

Do you offer massages outside of the SPA center?

As a special gesture to our guests, the spa center offers select massage treatments at the scenic Skyfall terrace, including classical, relaxing, anti-cellulite and sports massages.

Can I use your SPA center if I am not a guest of the INTERNATIONAL?

Yes, everyone is welcome to use the spa center at the INTERNATIONAL. For your convenience, please call the spa reception to inquire about our procedures and schedule a time for you to visit our spa.

Do you have a children’s pool section?

Our infinity pool on the Skyfall terrace has a special section, suitable for children.

How can we book the Bellini Ball Room for our wedding reception?

Choose two or three dates and contact us to check availabilities. If the date you prefer is free – book it!

What is the amount of the deposit?

The deposit should be 30% of the total value of the cover charges

How many wedding receptions do you organize on one day?

We organize only one wedding reception on a particular day since our desire is to completely devote our attention to you, the wedding couple, and to your guests.

The room will be full to its capacity. Will there be enough space left to dance?

Even if the room is full to its maximum capacity, there will be enough space for dancing and entertainment.

The maximum capacity of the room is 320 seats. There will be 100 people attending our reception. Will the room look empty? And does this mean that there will be people attending another party?

The Bellini Ball Room can be divided and adapted depending on the number of guests attending the wedding reception and we guarantee that the room will be solely at your disposal.

How much time in advance do we need to book a DJ, host, photographer, cameraman, etc.?

If possible, book all additional services that you intend to use on your wedding immediately after you determine the date of the event.

Is it possible the wedding ceremony to be organized and performed in the open?

We offer you the option to have your wedding ceremony on the hotel terrace with breathtaking views of the sea.

How long does the wedding reception take? Is there an “overtime” option?

You will be able to continue with your celebration even after the standard 5 hours, without any time limits.

Why is it advisable to use the additional services that you offer – DJ, photo and video services, wedding cake, decoration, etc.?

How much in advance do I need to meet the Events Manager in order to specify the menu, the seats arrangement and the other details related to the wedding reception?

You are welcome to meet the manager 3-4 weeks before your wedding in order to clarify all details.

Will there be parking spaces provided?

IHC&TS has its own secure car park with capacity of 330 cars /free for wedding guests/.

Is there a designated smoking area?

The terrace designated for smoking is located right next to the room.

When is payment effected?

The final payment for the wedding reception has to be made two days in advance, after all parameters are finalized.

Do you have experience in organizing events and activities?

We have established traditions in organizing weddings, proms, conferences and other events. Over the last few years one of the biggest poker tournaments in Europe was held at our hotel, as well as the 2015 annual gathering of FIS (Federation International de Ski).

Do you have rooms with two separate beds?

Yes, most of our hotel rooms are equipped with twin beds - Standard and Superior.

Do you provide parking for participants? Is it free?

We have the largest private parking in Golden Sands Resort. All guests participating in INTERNATIONAL Casino Hotel & Tower Suites conferences and events will be provided with free-of-charge parking.

Do you offer shuttle service for the guests of the event?

Yes, we are able to arrange for transfer services, provided advanced notice.

Do spa services, transfers and excursions have to be paid additionally?

Yes, all these services are provided at an extra charge.

Is there internet access in the conference rooms?

Internet access is free in the conferencing center facilities, as well as, in all public areas of the hotel.

Can we put advertising materials in front of the hall during the event?

You need to be over 18 years old to visit the casino.

Can I get into a Casino with a companion if I am under 18 years old? I would like just to look around.

Whether you play or just want to look around, according to the Bulgarian Law persons under 18 years old are not allowed in casinos, even with a companion.

What is the entrance fee for the Casino?

All guests are welcome to enter the casino free of charge. The only limitations are regarding the age, which according to Bulgarian Law is 18+.
