Pros:Enjoyed the great staff at this hotel. From personalized cards from the room staff, to the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Great job. Definitely recommendit for families.
Cons:That we weren't told about the beautiful buffet in the morning. If I would have been toldwr would have stayed for breakfast. I was later told from a family member we visited in Tijuana that their food is delicious.
Pros:Nice Hotel good restaurants
Cons:My first night there the shower was not draining had to call the plummer and the 2 night stand light wasn't working call the maintenance guy and he said the outlet wasn't working and the hair dryer wasn't working they had it replaced. I request to be moved my 2nd night
Cons:The construction going on across the street at 2:am in the morning.
Cons:Made and paid my reservation online and hotel couldn't find it until I had to make phone calls and tell them teir own confirmation number, that was the only way they found my room, took about half hour to check in, promissed me an extra free breakfast, next morning different staff was there and did not even get the included breakfasts.
Pros:The rooms are nice and bed is very comfortable
Cons:The staff is extremely rude. Had to call the front desk so ice and it never was delivered. They would allow me to take sugar from the bar for my coffee I was told they would bring it up and an hour later I got my sugar.
Pros:All you can drink beers during brunch while watching NFL playoffs.
Pros:I have to say that the place was nice. Ive stayed at other hotels in Tijuana and others look good from outside but lack quality in the room. The Pueblo Amigo Hotel and Casino has nice rooms and the room we stayed had a great bed. I was hoping for some type of entertainment there other than just gambling. Some live music would have been nice. The Bar was small and not a good place to just chill.
Pros:Breakfast buffet Carlos was an awesome member of the front staff. They were all great but Carlos really made an impression. Convenient shuttle to the clinic we were visiting
Pros:We got a GREAT deal!! Also, they have a very attentive staff, courteous and very helpful. They have clean, comfortable roomsours had a really nice view, fast room service, and a nice little Casino on site.
Cons:We only stayed one night and found nothing negative to say. A pool would be nice but since it was cold and raining, it didn't matter.
