A hidden fee that is 50% of original listed per night rate is scamming people. This is the type of scam that made AT&T lose customers. In addition their Sky Tower shuttle is out of service, and you have to haul A across the bridge, so I don’t know what the fee is for.
Well the passes we’re getting pounded by snow and Circus Circus had very nicely affordable accommodations. So we ‘visited’ Reno for a day.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Among third party that had dealt with you, your extra charge and my budget unacceptable issue They promised me a total payment $ but, you also charged an extra $ It made me upset me because they didn’t me anything about it. The unclear agreement between them and you (hotel) affected me and feel a non trustworthy business Tesfa Mersha
Pros:NOTHING about this resort was amazing or great! I could have gotten the same room at a Motel 6 at a better price and without the hassle
Cons:When we arrived I was informed that I "owed" an additional entertainment fee, which added an additional $ to my bill of $ This was NEVER DISCLOSED! The room was filthy & smelled. The carpets were filthy, there was leftover food and glass rings on the dresser and in the refrigerator. The bathroom had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. The beds has a sheet and thin blanket to keep you warm. I asked housekeeping to fix the matter and it was done half-a*s and I never did get an extra blanket. Most of the restaurants were closed and the one we went to charged $16 for two pancakes. I drove down the way and got a much better breakfast for $ at Black Bear Diner. I tried to get to the front desk to speak about my billwaited an hour+ and never got there because they only had one person doing everything. I tried calling and was sent to an answering machine. There were no other rooms available in the vicinity because there was a Rodeo going on. I was stuck there and just had to suck it up. I will never stay at this so call "resort" again and feel that it was a total rip-off!
Pros:Circus circus has everything located indoors, that includes restraints, gamerooms, casinos, bars, etc. you literally do not need to leave outdoors because everything you need is indoors
Cons:I think they should leave the margarita stands open longer during weekdays, at least until 11pm
Cons:Uncomfortable bed too soft
